***It all begins with movement.

Whatever your individual needs may be (whether it be a recent surgery, sports injury, a work place injury, or something else entirely), our team will help you develop the skills, provide the education and build your confidence to move again. Our active-based approach to physical therapy is effective and long-lasting compared to more passive treatment approaches***

On a journey of becoming a speedy runner and learning to climb, among other things. Has a chronic habit of tackling DIY projects that he should probably leave to others. Jeremy is a new physiotherapist joining the team (as you can tell from the image on the right, he is pretty great). He has previously worked as a fitness coach and has an “exercise and education first” approach to things, using other techniques as support. He believes our mind is a valuable tool at our disposal that we can use to improve both our mental and physical health.
